Medvest, a Birmingham, AL based medical real estate company, is set to break ground on the its latest healthcare facility in Collegedale, TN. The new medical real estate development should improve urgent care access to residents of the town of Collegedale and nearby, Ooltewah. The architectural firm for the project is Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood. The construction is being completed by Bradford Building Company. Both Goodwyn and Bradford have offices in Birmingham.
